Beautiful Restoration all began in 2015, in Kaylene & Bryan Balzer’s TV room in Edmond, Oklahoma. As the Balzers lived their full life raising 5 children, little did they know, what was to come.

With one simple gesture a Thursday evening in 2015; a homeless women’s restoration was to be the beginning of a remarkable ministry known as, Beautiful Restoration.

The rescued women Sharee, had seen the dark sides of life; the sex industry, drug and alcohol abuse, trafficking, crime, and homelessness. But it was through coming into a loving Christian home, that Sharee began to blossom. She began growing into a compassionate advocate for other broken and hurting women in the world.

As time went on, other women were drawn to the same TV room where Sharee’s story was first shared. They began to watch videos, read books and develop a community of: practical, physical, emotional and legal support. It was soon that women began to mentor other women. What started as a small group within a church, blossomed into a ministry.

This ministry began to reach women, who then found healing. Those who found healing, began to reach women, that they might find healing too.

There are now countless stories of lives changed forever.

The motto has become “get healing, give healing.” Each attendee is encouraged to not wait until they are whole, but to reach out someone, even in their brokenness, that might be where they have came from.
